Frustrated with fat loss?

Here’s a quick tip: Are you eating any meals WITHOUT starches?

Things like brown rice, sweet potatoes, sprouted breads, and quinoa are all healthy starches, but if eaten at every meal, you body isn’t hormonally primed for fat loss.

Try eating these healthy starches after workouts and/or at breakfast. At all other meals, leave starches off your plate. This will absolutely jumpstart your fat loss!

Not all, but some people can tolerate a little starch for breakfast. For example, try 1 pc ezekiel toast with butter alongside an egg scramble with cheese and veggies.
