Short Routine for Travel

Check out this video that contains warm ups, stretches, + corrective exercises for the shoulders and hips. Perfect for when you travel, when you are sore, before interval training, or on an active rest day.  The whole sequence is bodyweight except the optional arm bar. *KB or DB Arm Bar 1ea, 30 second hold
