Metabolic Class 1: This high intensity, fast paced circuit training class is far more effective for fat burning than steady state cardio. This interval training class is a full body workout that improves cardio capacity and helps burn body fat.

Metabolic Class 2: This class is an advanced version of our Metabolic Class1. It’s created for those who want to be pushed even harder and have their limits tested. *Please check with your coach to see if this class is right for you and your goals. Not recommended for beginners.
